BIO

Alexis Lawson speaks from lived experience, clarity, and transformation. A speaker and advocate, Alexis helps individuals move out of survival mode and into intentional, purpose-driven living. Her work is rooted in identity, accountability, and decision-making.

After choosing sobriety on June 12, 2017, Alexis rebuilt her life from the ground up. That decision didn’t just change her personal trajectory — it shaped the work she delivers today. Through her signature L.I.T.T. (Life, Identity, Training & Transformation) framework, Alexis partners with organizations to guide participants through structured reflection, mindset shifts, goal setting, and practical tools that lead to real behavioral change.

Where resilience meets results.

Speaking from lived experience, clarity, and transformation — Alexis is helping people recognize their power, interrupt destructive cycles, and build futures they can stand behind with confidence.

Alexis’ work is delivered through workshops and multi-week experiences (short- or long-term), designed to meet organizations where they are while challenging participants to take ownership of their future. Her approach is honest, trauma-informed, and direct — creating spaces where clarity replaces chaos.

Whether speaking on stage or leading transformational work inside organizations, Alexis’ mission remains the same: to help people recognize their power, interrupt destructive cycles, and build futures they can stand behind with confidence.
