BIO
Alexis Lawson doesn't just speak about transformation — she's lived it. Once she started seeing herself as meant for more — she built a vision, set real goals, and shed the labels that had defined her — change became sustainable.
As a speaker and advocate, Alexis brings that same energy to stages, conferences, and training rooms — delivering authentic talks that move audiences from inspiration to action. She is a fierce advocate for those who have been overlooked, underestimated, and counted out.
On June 12, 2017, Alexis chose sobriety and began rewriting her story. What she discovered in that process became the foundation for everything she does today.
Alexis believes that anyone can pick up and change the trajectory of their life at any given moment. Her job is to help them see it — and believe it — for themselves.
Through her signature L.I.T.T. (Life, Identity, Training & Transformation) framework, Alexis helps individuals discover who they are and who they're meant to be. She helps people get excited about living. She helps them build a future they no longer need to escape from.
Because here's what she knows to be true: once a person realizes who they are and starts to have a vision for themselves, everything changes. Their behavior shifts. Their motivation ignites. They start taking action — they stop just surviving and start to thrive.
That's what L.I.T.T. does. And that's what Alexis shows up to do every single day.
Where resilience meets results.
Speaking from lived experience, clarity, and transformation — Alexis is helping people recognize their power, interrupt destructive cycles, and build futures they can stand behind with confidence.
Alexis delivers her work through speaking engagements, workshops, and multi-week cohort experiences designed to meet people exactly where they are. Her approach is honest, trauma-informed, and direct — creating spaces where clarity replaces chaos and real change begins.
Whether she's on a stage in front of hundreds or sitting in a circle with a small group of youth, Alexis' mission remains the same: to help people recognize their power, shed what's been holding them back, and build a future they're excited to show up for.
