It’s Time to Get L.I.T.T.

L.I.T.T. — Life, Identity, Training & Transformation — helps youth and adults move from simply surviving to building a life with direction.

Whether it's a young person struggling to find their identity, an adult figuring out life beyond sobriety, or an organization looking for programming that creates real connection and change, L.I.T.T. meets people where they are — and gives them practical tools to move forward.

One Framework. Built to Meet People Where They Are.

L.I.T.T. isn't one-size-fits-all. The same core principles are adapted for the people in the room — from youth finding their footing, to adults rebuilding after addiction, to organizations serving people navigating real-life challenges.

Programs can range from a single high-impact workshop to multi-week programming, ongoing partnerships, group experiences, and individual coaching.

The goal isn't to give people another motivational talk. It's to help them understand where they are, decide where they're going, and build the tools to get there.

Why L.I.T.T. Hits Different

I don’t teach transformation from theory alone. I know what it’s like to survive, lose direction, rebuild, and create a life worth protecting.

That’s why L.I.T.T. combines real conversation with practical tools. We get underneath the behavior, challenge the beliefs driving it, build a vision worth working toward, and turn that vision into action.

Participants aren’t just told to “do better.” They’re challenged to understand themselves, take ownership, and build differently.

Built From Lived Experience. Backed by Real Tools.

Alexis Lawson knows what it means to rebuild a life.

Her work is shaped by lived experience with addiction, incarceration, recovery, and the process of rebuilding identity and direction after survival.

Today, Alexis brings those lessons into rooms with young people, adults in recovery, and organizations serving people navigating some of life's hardest transitions.

L.I.T.T. was built from a simple belief: people don't just need to know what to stop doing. They need help figuring out who they're becoming and what they're building next.
